The Plano Quilt Show 2023 was an epic event. So many amazing quilts to see. The vendors had wonderful deals and talking with friends is always a joy.
Mardi Gras
To begin, as in past years, I had an entrant in this year’s Plano Quilt Show. Mardi Gras was entered into the Master Large Pieced Single Person category. I won 3rd place! So very proud of this colorful quilt. Click the link below to view the full blog post on this quilt’s creation.
Now it’s time to see a sampling of he amazing quilts on display. I find inspiration at each show I attend and learn so much. Congratulations to all the winners, but also to everyone that contributed their projects. They are all amazing.
First up is the amazing BEST OF SHOW by Linda Neil. It was a bit hard to get a full image because it was so popular.
Next are the rest of the quilts that I really liked. Yes, there are quite a few.
I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate the work that everyone puts into these shows.
What’s next? The next show I plan to attend is The Original Sew Expo & North Texas Quilt Festival. Dates are 8/17, 18 and 19. They will be open Thur. and Fri. 10:00 am to 5:30 pm and Sat. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
