I cannot tell you how many times I have made a quilt for myself only to see it find its true home. Dainty Lady Comfort was made as a gift to its creator. This is not where this quilt eventually found a home.
Instead, Dainty Lady Comort (as her name suggests) was given as a gift to a friend. This friend needed the warmth and love it provides. The large blocks and gorgeous fabricds make this one a real beauty.
Also as the name suggests, the E2E pattern chosen is Dainty Lady Floral. This pattern mimics the beautiful, vintage floral patterns in the fabrics.
I have said this before and will say it again, this is one of my favorites!
The gorgeous green print on the back truly hides the quilting. As with other quilts, the texture will still be there, just not as noticeable.
The texture will still add to this quilt but just not on camera.
